In the mountains around Eivindvik there is a fantastic network of walking trails. A number of Nordsjøløype (North Sea Trails) have been established in the area, with route guides in Norwegian, English and German. Geocaches have also been set out in the area. The Kystarvenprosjektet (Coastal Heritage Project) has been responsible for clearing, marking and GPS-registration of 20 walking trails in Gulen and 100 walking trails in the HAFS municipalities. A smartphone app is currently being developed which will show most of the walking trails in the area. Many of the trails lead up into the mountains, offering spectacular views of the fjord coastal area. Enjoy your walk!
